We at Piyo Piyo USA would like your shopping experience to be an enjoyable and rewarding one. Below are some of the most commonly asked questions we receive on a day to day basis. If you do not find your question listed below, please contact or call customer service at 1-888-789-PIYO(7496).

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, orders can be returned or exchanged with the following terms and conditions:

  1. Items that are eligible for returns must be received within 30 days from the shipment date.
  2. Some items can be returned via mail or at any Piyo Piyo Funhouse store with a copy of your online receipt or invoice.
  3. The item must be returned in its original packaging (new and unused), box (with all paperwork), parts and accessories. Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
  4. All refunds are given in the original form of payment.
  5. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.
  6. Trial and exchange of merchandise is not permitted.
  7. No returns, refunds or exchanges on intimate apparel and items (i.e. Breast Pumps, Potties, etc.)
  8. Bedding or apparel products that have been washed are not returnable.
  9. Any item returned that is used, dirty or washed will not be accepted. They will be returned to the customer.
  10. E-mail us at to request a Return Authorization Number and shipping label. Fill out the return form and include it in your shipment.
  11. Returns and exchanges via mail will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Piyo Piyo USA prior to sending the item back. Any package returned by mail without a valid Return Authorization Number issued by Piyo Piyo USA will be refused.

What’s the return or exchange procedure?

Follow these simple steps to make a return or exchange:


  1. E-mail us at to request a Return Authorization Number and shipping label.
  2. Include the order number in the subject line of the e-mail.
  3. Write the item or SKU number and any additional information such as color, size, etc.
  4. Explain in the reason for your return in your e-mail.
  5. When shipping your return, please write the Return Authorization Number on the outside packaging as well as include the return shipment form that is included in your order.
  6. Ship to:

  7. Remember to include the packing slip with the return and wrap the package securely.
  8. Piyo Piyo USA will not be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping.
  9. Once the original item(s) are received, Piyo Piyo USA will refund you the amount you paid for the product excluding shipping cost (if any).
  10. Piyo Piyo USA customer service reserves the right to refuse or deny any returns upon final review if all previous guidelines have not been met. We may update this return policy at any time.
  11. Please note that returns and exchange processing can take up to two weeks.


  1. Simply bring your invoice and/or packing list and eligible item(s) to a Piyo Piyo Funhouse store near you.
  2. Our store staff will check the return items with reference to the invoice and/or packing list. Piyo Piyo Funhouse staff will issue an acceptance of return/exchange note to you.
  3. Your returns to a Piyo Piyo Funhouse store will be refunded to the original form of within 3-5 days after we receive your return. A conformation email will be sent to you after processing.Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
