Where does Piyo Piyo USA ship to?

We are proud to say that we are able to ship to most of North America. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories (for a flat rate of $30). Unfortunately, we are not shipping to APO/FPO addresses; however we are working on integrating other shipping methods that will allow us to reach these addresses as soon as possible.

Which carriers do we use?

We currently ship our orders via FedEx, UPS and UPS. For our international accounts, we ship via DHL.

Can I track my orders?

Yes, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number once your order ships from our warehouse.

What should I do if the carton is extensively damaged?

If there is extensive damage to the carton (when you first receive your order), please refuse the order and email us immediately atreturns@piyopiyousa.com. Please include your order number within the subject line of the email for quick reference.
