We'd like your shopping experience and purchase at America Tung Ling Corp to be an enjoyable and rewarding experience

Our customers continue to be our top priority. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise in its original condition, accompanied by the register receipt and packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns within 30 days of purchase will receive exchange or store credit.

Valid ID (drivers license, military ID, state issued photo ID card), name, address and signature are required for all returns.

Merchandise and clothing that is used or worn will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Select merchandise such as undergarments cannot be returned for hygienic reasons Returns of apparel require hang tags properly attached to the merchandise. Other restrictions may apply.

Clearance / Closeout pricing all sales final, no returns or exchanges

Unfortunately, many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. Returns may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification system, which is used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program.
